This wonderful State Park is located 7 miles from Chiefland, FL off of Highway 19. Hosting a first-magnitude spring that produces an average of 100 million gallons of crystal clear, cool water daily makes this park an ideal spot for diving, snorkeling, and swimming. The sparkling spring run meanders through hardwood wetlands to the Historic Suwannee River. Canoe and Kayak rentals are available all year round. Fanning Springs State Park is home to a second magnitude spring located directly off of US 19/98 in Fanning Springs, FL. Visitors can enjoy the picnic area, playground, and sand volleyball courts or take a scenic walk down the boardwalk through the cypress groves leading to the Suwannee River. Swimming especially in the summer to beat the heat is the main attraction at this park. Canoe and Kayak Rentals are available and our concession building provides tasty treats and tube rentals located right by the spring head. Experience 636 acres of natural Florida at Otter Springs Park & Campground located 4 miles from highway 19/98 near Trenton, FL. Hosting a second magnitude spring that feeds the mile long spring run which twists and turns through a enchanting cypress grove and wetlands to the Suwannee River making an ideal paddling opportunity. Canoe and Kayak rentals available on-site.
